We’re looking for a strategic collections leader to improve recovery, reduce delinquency, and build high-performing teams in the automotive finance and fintech sectors.
Your impact Develop collection strategies tailored to customer and account segments.
Analyze portfolio performance and identify recovery opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop the collections team.
Manage escalated cases while protecting customer relationships.
Track results and recommend improvements to processes and strategies.
What you bring Collections experience, ideally in a call center and in a strategic or leadership role.
Financial services experience; automotive finance or fintech experience is preferred .
Advanced English.
Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, predictive dialers, or collection systems.
