Position Overview We are seeking a Clinical Training Manager to drive user adoption of clinical systems across Integral Development Operations (GDO), R&D;, and cross-functional teams. This role will collaborate with Business System Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to develop user-friendly training materials, support change management initiatives, and improve the overall end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, job aids, and support documentation for clinical business systems.
Partner with Business System Owners to understand system functionality and translate technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
