What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Support Engineers
Drive timely resolution of customer issues and escalations

Deliver technical coaching and training to team members
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of technical support experience
2+ years of people leadership experience
Strong networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, IP)
Experience with CRM/ticketing tools such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Advanced English proficiency
Preferred ITIL certification or similar process management experience
Telecommunications or networking industry experience
