About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing technology solutions company, is looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for sourcing and attracting top technical talent to support the company's expansion. You will work remotely, collaborating with hiring managers across different departments to understand their staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Mexico, with a focus on finding the best IT professionals regardless of their location. The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract passive and active IT candidates.
Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future needs.
Stay up-to-date with technology trends and the IT job market to attract the best talent.




Manage candidate communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven ability to source and hire for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts).
Strong understanding of various programming languages, technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
