We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join a leading diversified business group with operations across manufacturing, logistics, real estate, construction, and industrial services.
This is a strategic opportunity for a professional with strong expertise in internal auditing, risk management, corporate governance, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a risk-based Annual Internal Audit Plan.
Lead financial, operational, and compliance audits across multiple business units and manufacturing facilities.
Evaluate internal controls, identify key risks, and recommend process improvements.
Assess operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance practices.
Present audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
Support organizational transformation and the strengthening of internal control frameworks.



Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Internal Controls.
Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience in diversified business groups or multinational organizations.
Strong knowledge of COSO, risk-based auditing, and corporate governance.
Advanced English proficiency (required).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and executive communication skills.
