This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences for young children, focusing on cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. key responsibilities

- oversee the planning, implementation, and assessment of preschool educational programs.
- provide leadership and mentorship to preschool teachers and support staff.
- ensure the curriculum is engaging, age-appropriate, and meets developmental standards.
- monitor classroom environments to ensure they are safe, stimulating, and conducive to learning.
- conduct regular observations of teaching staff and provide constructive feedback and professional development.
- serve as a liaison between teachers, parents, and administration, promoting open communication.
- manage classroom resources and materials effectively.
- implement and enforce school policies and procedures,

- assist in the recruitment and training of new teaching staff.

requirements

- bachelor's degree in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field.
- minimum of 6 years of experience in early childhood education, including significant experience in a teaching role and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- in-depth knowledge of preschool curriculum development and effective teaching methodologies.
- strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of educators.
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- experience in parent engagement and communication strategies.
- familiarity with educational technology and resources.
- must be able to work full-time on-site in guadalajara, jalisco, mx .
- relevant certifications in early childhood education are preferred.
