About the Role

We're a US-focused company helping small and medium-sized businesses grow their online presence with websites and digital packages. We're expanding our in-house remote sales team and looking for a sharp, motivated BDR who loves the phone and knows how to close.

This is a direct role on our own sales team – you'll work with us, report to our sales manager and be paid by us. The engagement is a long-term, full-time independent contractor (freelance) agreement.

What You'll Do

- Call and follow up with US business owners, mostly warm inbound leads

- Understand their needs and present the right package

- Handle objections and close deals

- Keep your pipeline and notes updated in our CRM

What We're Looking For

- Advanced English (C1+) with clear, easy-to-understand pronunciation

- 2+ years of sales experience selling to US customers or businesses (sales, not customer support)

- Confident on the phone, persistent and results-driven

- Digital marketing or website sales experience is a plus, not a must

- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and availability during US business hours





What We Offer

- Monthly base pay of USD 1,400

- Uncapped bonuses and commission on every deal you close – our first rep earned over USD 1,500 in bonuses alone in his first month

Pay: $27,000.00 - $34,000.00 per month
