Job Overview

Our client is seeking an Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter to be the first voice homeowners hear and the engine behind a steady flow of booked in-home estimates. In this role, you will take ownership of the lead pipeline on Go High Level, by calling new leads, following up quickly on inbound inquiries, and qualifying every prospect so the sales team spends its time on the right opportunities. Your clear communication and attention to detail will directly influence conversion rates and revenue. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to grow as the team scales.

Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm (10 hrs. shifts) and Saturday 8AM-4PM, PST.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new leads generated from Facebook and Meta ads to drive consistent appointment flow
- Follow up on inbound leads promptly to improve lead response times and conversion
- Verify and qualify each lead to confirm their needs and that their budget fits the company's offering
- Book in-home estimate appointments for the sales team so salespeople spend their time on qualified prospects
- Record detailed call notes and next steps in the CRM so the sales team arrives prepared and customers don't repeat themselves
- Follow up daily with a list of 20-30 leads to keep the pipeline moving

Requirements

- Experience with outbound and inbound calling and appointment setting
- Fluent in English and Spanish




- Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred to minimize CRM training requirements.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills for conversing with Southern California homeowners and accurately documenting call notes.
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow provided call scripts
- Bonus if you have experience in home improvement, remodeling, or other home services lead generation
- Comfortable supporting social media posting as a secondary task
- Bonus if you are comfortable preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports for oversight
