- Budget management.
- Recruitment & talent acquisition strategies.
- Employee motivation & development.
- Labor relations & union mediation.
- Integrated Management System (IMS).
- EHS & workplace safety.
- Employee services administration (cafeteria, transportation, etc.).
- Performance evaluations & appraisal systems.
- Internal Work Regulations (RIT).
Sueldo: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mes
