Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

- Advanced english.

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in planning leadership roles within high-volume manufacturing, automotive, or metal-mechanical plants.

- Cross-Functional Supply Chain Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on knowledge and operational exposure across Purchasing / Procurement, Warehousing / Inventory Operations, and Shop Floor Production Scheduling.

- Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.





- Strong background in managing materials profit & loss (P&L;) goals, shop scheduling, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the planning activities across the site.

- Manages, controls, and directs the activities and staff involved in the distribution of inventory to the production line.

- Drives planning management strategies.

- Develop master production schedule (MPS) and load into SNM ERP system.

- Manages, controls, and directs staff to achieve materials profit and loss goals.

- Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods hold up performance and process procedures.

- Interfaces with warehousing and purchasing to expedite problem parts.

- In charge of the development and implementation of the company's production control functions incluiding Master
- Scheduling, production planning coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching.
