Full-Stack Software Developer (AI-Enabled)
Work Model: 100% Remote (LATAM)
We are looking for a forward-thinking Full-Stack Software Developer to join our remote team. Beyond traditional web development, the adecuado candidate has hands-on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence models into commercial applications. Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end web applications.
Integrate modern AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) into existing software to automate tasks, build intelligent agents, or create AI-driven internal workflows.
Implement data structures and pipelines (like basic RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that allow companies to interact with their own internal data using natural language.
Maintain databases, troubleshoot bugs, and write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
3-5 years of proven experience in Full-Stack web development (React, Node.js, Express, and/or Python/Django/FastAPI).
~ Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
~ Familiarity with AI development frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone) is a massive plus.
~ Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical business owners.
~ Self-starter mindset with strong time-management skills for a fully remote environment.
