Why Keyrus, Why Now
we operationalise intelligence. AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills - you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every system you architect, every client challenge you solve, every deployment that compounds on the last.
Why Keyrus, Why Now
Keyrus
is an international group of 3,000 consultants and experts across 30 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work, designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence. Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision-making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence. Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.
What You’ll Architect
You’ll join Intake, Keyrus Group’s international Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on: you’ll shape how Keyrus tells its story to talent and the market, then script, shoot, edit, and publish that story yourself. Your job is to translate our business strategy and positioning as Architects of Intelligence into content that makes exceptional people want to join us.
- Translate Keyrus’s business strategy, positioning, and expertise in Data, AI, and EPM into clear employer brand narratives that resonate with candidates across LATAM and general markets.
- Own the end‑to‑end video production cycle, from concept, script, and storyboard to filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery for short‑form and long‑form formats.
- Design and run employer brand campaigns that support hiring priorities, aligning content plans with Talent Acquisition demand and business growth objectives (Landing pages, Email marketing campaigns, Videos, etc.)
- Turn our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into authentic stories, working directly with consultants, leaders, and experts to bring real voices and real work to the forefront.
- Coach Keyrus leaders and subject‑matter experts to show up on camera and on LinkedIn, building their visibility as credible voices in their field.
- Produce multi‑format content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and internal channels, adapting each piece to platform, audience,
and objective.
- Steward and evolve the Keyrus employer brand visual identity in line with the 2026 Architect of Intelligence positioning, ensuring consistency across countries and channels.
- Partner with regional Keyrus entities to localise global campaigns so they reflect each market’s culture and talent landscape.
- Build and manage the content calendar, balancing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder input across Talent, Marketing, and business teams.
- Define success metrics for employer brand content (reach, engagement, applications, candidate quality) and use performance data to refine what you create and where you invest.
- Bring forward new formats, trends, and creative ideas that strengthen Keyrus’s market presence and set us apart in the talent market.
Who You Are
- A storyteller first: you find the human angle in complex topics like data, AI, and consulting, and make them land with people who aren’t experts.
- Strategic and hands‑on at once: you can shape a narrative with leadership in the morning and be in the edit timeline in the afternoon.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: you take a loose brief or a business objective and turn it into a clear creative plan without waiting for every detail to be defined.
- Business‑minded: you understand that employer branding exists to help the company grow, and you connect every piece of content to a hiring or positioning goal.
- Curious about people and their work: you ask good questions, listen well, and make colleagues feel comfortable telling their stories on camera.
- Principled about authenticity: you’d rather publish one true story than ten polished pieces that d
