Community Sports Partners seeks a Coordinator to build and run sports programs with founder-level urgency. You will own planning, sales, launch, execution and growth, coordinating venues, staff, and customer experience across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Hours are evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time, remote across Latin America and the Caribbean. Start at USD 1,000–1,500 per month with potential USD 1,000+ monthly bonuses; progression to Manager after probation and six‑month review
