Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in strategic recruitment, executive search, or talent consulting, preferably within a reputable firm.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior leadership, executive, and specialized technical roles.
- Deep understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies and talent market intelligence.
- Exceptional consulting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex organizational needs.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and build strong client relationships.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
