The role drives a culture in which employee wellbeing, health protection, safety excellence and risk prevention are embedded into business operations, leadership practices and workforce decisions.
The position ensures compliance with applicable legal requirements, corporate policies and Stellantis integral standards while promoting healthy, safe and productive work environments across all Mexico operations.
