Our People Operations Center Team in Mexico is growing, and we are looking for a Fixed-term HR Analyst to ensure accurate employee and personal data in various payroll systems, including ADP WorkForce Now and ADP Celergo.
The Analyst will ensure data quality by managing and monitoring data transfers from our HRIS system (Workday), whether through automated processes, manual file uploads or manual data entry.
This is a fixed-term contract running through 12/31/2027 .
The role is onsite in Querétaro, Mexico.
What You'll Do: Payroll Data Quality fluency in English required · Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
· Deeply curious about problem solving, finding solutions, and challenging status quo when appropriate.
