About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking international architecture and design firm, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Arquitecto BIM Líder Remoto to join their globally distributed team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows across various projects, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. The idóneo candidate possesses a deep understanding of BIM software, a passion for technological innovation in architecture, and proven experience in managing BIM projects from conception through to completion. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our projects are designed, documented, and coordinated, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams working remotely. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and standards for architectural projects.
- Manage BIM project execution plans, ensuring all project stakeholders adhere to BIM requirements.
- Oversee the creation, coordination, and management of BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Conduct regular model audits and clash detection analysis to resolve design conflicts proactively.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective BIM integration and data exchange.
- Develop and maintain BIM content libraries, templates, and standards.




- Stay current with advancements in BIM technology and recommend improvements to workflows and tools.
- Facilitate remote collaboration sessions and ensure seamless communication among distributed project teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's BIM processes and methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years focused on BIM management and implementation.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and project delivery processes.
- Proven experience in leading BIM teams and managing BIM workflows on complex projects.
- Excellent knowledge of industry BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, national BIM standards).
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, especially in a remote setting.
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff in BIM best practices.
- Experience with other design and analysis software is a plus.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup suitable for remote work.
