Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for identifying top talent in the Media, Broadcasting, Entertainment, Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Corporate Operations space?

We're looking for you to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions supporting one of the world's leading media organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
- Source and attract candidates across media, broadcasting, production, technology, marketing, sales, and corporate functions.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews in English and Spanish.
- Build robust talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies.




- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and labor market insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for Media, Broadcasting, Entertainment, Advertising, Communications, or Digital organizations
- Strong sourcing and market-mapping capabilities
- Experience supporting technical, creative, operational, and corporate roles
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously
