We’re looking for a strategic collections leader to improve recovery, reduce delinquency, and build high-performing teams in the automotive finance and fintech sectors.
Your impact
- Develop collection strategies tailored to customer and account segments.
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify recovery opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the collections team.
- Manage escalated cases while protecting customer relationships.
- Track results and recommend improvements to processes and strategies.
What you bring
- Collections experience, ideally in a call center and in a strategic or leadership role.
- Financial services experience; automotive finance or fintech experience is preferred.
- Advanced English.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, predictive dialers, or collection systems.
