About the Role

Our client, a key player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analista de Cadena de Suministro Senior to join their team in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca . This role is crucial for optimizing the flow of goods, ensuring efficiency, and reducing costs throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and optimize inventory levels across multiple distribution points to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs for FMCG products .
- Develop and implement strategies to improve forecasting accuracy and demand planning processes.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain to increase efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower operational costs in Oaxaca .
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes, modes, and costs.
- Manage and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and report findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to supply chain operations.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.




- Work closely with sales, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management, preferably within the FMCG sector .
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, SQL, or specialized supply chain software.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements in supply chain operations.
- Understanding of inventory management techniques, demand planning, and logistics optimization.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with the Mexican supply chain landscape , particularly in the southern region like Oaxaca .
- This is a hybrid role , requiring occasional presence in the Oaxaca City office .
