Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Training Manager to drive user adoption of clinical systems across General Development Operations (GDO), R&D;, and cross-functional teams. This role will collaborate with Business System Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to develop user-friendly training materials, support change management initiatives, and improve the overall end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, job aids, and support documentation for clinical business systems.
- Partner with Business System Owners to understand system functionality and translate technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
