About the Role

WhatJobs Direct is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Reclutador Remoto Especializado en Tecnología to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview qualified technology candidates for a variety of roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in the competitive tech talent pool.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with technology professionals through networking and engagement.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and track progress.




- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence on technology talent trends to internal teams and clients.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

- Proven experience (3+ years) in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of various technology stacks and roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top tech talent, particularly in a remote setting.
- Excellent understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders remotely.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Solid understanding of technical jargon and ability to effectively assess technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
