About the Role

As an ER Doctor, you’ll work directly with the clinical team, managing acute assessments, triage coordination, and documentation while playing a key role in day-to-day patient care support.

What You’ll Do

- Perform clinical triage, emergency medical evaluations, and acute care support for incoming patients.
- Assist in managing acute medical emergencies, trauma stabilization protocols, critical care workflows, and vital sign monitoring.
- Coordinate life-support protocols, emergency medication administration orders, and diagnostic review procedures as required.
- Facilitate patient intake procedures, clinical handoffs, and coordination with attending specialists.
- Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records compliant with healthcare standards.

What You Bring

- 2+ years of dedicated ER, triage,



or acute hospital clinical experience.
- Active Mexican Medical License (Cédula Cualificado) legally authorizing medical practice in Mexico.
- Professional English fluency (written and spoken), with daily communication with medical teams.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, dedicated backup power/connection, and a quiet, secure workspace.

Preferred Skills and Tools

- Electronic Health Record (EHR / EMR) software experience.
- Trauma stabilization and advanced clinical triage certifications (e.g., ACLS, ATLS, BLS).
- Clinical coordination, patient intake, and specialist handoff workflows.

Schedule and Details

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday.
- Location: Remote from Mexico.
