Your role As a DevOps Support, you will work on maintaining important applications for leading Integral financial services clients.
L2 Support Engineer and proactive individual with strong application support experience of 4+ years supporting DevOps tools. DevOps tools, Linux environment, distributed systems and troubleshooting system issues.
Required Skills:
- DevOps tool knowledge with Prometheus, Grafana, SSL load balancers (in addition to SQL & Unix knowledge) Shell Scripting.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask in high paced environment.
- Problem solver and To Do attitude, ability to face technical challenges and drive solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer information systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of work experience on DevOps, Linux system platforms.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Having knowledge of Incident and change management.
- Having knowledge of request management.
- Must have good hands-on load balancers.
- Need Working Knowledge on SCM Tools like Git.
- Good Practical Knowledge on Prometheus & Grafana
- Must have Practical Knowledge of Scripting like Shell, Groovy.
