About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
- Apply lean manufacturing tools and techniques (e.g., 5 S, Kaizen, VSM, Poka-Yoke) to optimize workflows.
- Collect and analyze production data to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement process changes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to support planning and resource allocation.




- Train employees on new processes and best practices for productivity enhancement.
- Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, productivity enhancement, or operations management, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metric tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
