Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Rev Ops / CRM & Automation Specialist to architect and optimize our revenue-generating processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.

What You Will Do

Administer and optimize CRM platforms, architect and deploy advanced workflow automations, design and implement AI agents, build and maintain performance dashboards, audit operational bottlenecks, and document complex technical workflows.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Systems Administration
- Expert-level knowledge of major CRMs (Hub Spot is highly preferred) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make)
- Advanced prompt engineering skills and hands-on experience connecting Generative AI models to CRMs and external databases via webhooks and APIs
- Proven ability to build complex, multi-step automations that utilize AI modules




- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) to communicate effectively with US-based sales and marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, basic Java Script/Python)
