About the Role

Our client, a leader in the Belleza y Bienestar sector, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Wellness Specialist to join their team in Puebla, Puebla. This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing wellness programs that promote employee health, happiness, and productivity. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in wellness, health promotion, and employee engagement strategies. You will work to foster a culture of well-being within the organization, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. The position is based in Puebla, Puebla , and requires a proactive and empathetic approach to employee well-being. We are looking for an individual passionate about creating impactful wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate wellness programs, including physical, mental, and emotional health initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate wellness events, workshops, and activities.
- Promote employee participation in wellness programs.
- Assess employee needs and preferences for wellness services.
- Manage relationships with external wellness providers and vendors.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of wellness programs using key metrics.




- Communicate wellness program information and updates to employees.
- Ensure programs align with company culture and objectives.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in corporate wellness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing corporate wellness programs.
- Knowledge of health promotion strategies, mental health support, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Empathetic and passionate about employee well-being.
- Familiarity with the Belleza y Bienestar industry is a plus.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Puebla, Puebla.
