About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect robust 5 G radio access networks (RAN) solutions.
- Plan and oversee the deployment of 5 G sites and equipment, ensuring optimal coverage and capacity.
- Configure and optimize RAN parameters to enhance network performance, quality of service, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and develop effective resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on network integration and interoperability testing.
- Stay current with 5 G standards, technologies, and industry trends.
- Develop technical documentation, including network designs, configuration guidelines, and performance reports.
- Participate in capacity planning and network evolution initiatives.




- Support the rollout of new features and services on the 5 G network.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in mobile network engineering, with a strong specialization in 4 G/LTE and 5 G RAN.
- Deep understanding of 5 G NR, radio propagation, antenna technologies, and related protocols.
- Experience with network planning and optimization tools.
- Proficiency in analyzing network performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and virtualized RAN (v RAN) concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is mandatory.
