Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic design and ongoing development of innovative curricula for all academic programs.
Champion pedagogical research and best practices, integrating them into curriculum design.
Guide and mentor teams of curriculum developers, instructional designers, and educators.
Foster a culture of innovation by exploring and implementing new teaching methodologies and technologies.
Oversee the assessment and evaluation of curriculum effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
Develop frameworks and resources to support faculty in implementing innovative teaching practices.
Collaborate with academic leadership to align curriculum development with institutional goals.
Manage projects related to curriculum innovation,



ensuring timely and successful completion.
Represent the institution in national and international forums on curriculum development and educational innovation.
Ensure curriculum compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements Doctorate (Ph. D. or Ed. D.) in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a significant portion in leadership roles within higher education or innovative educational settings.
Demonstrated success in leading curriculum reform and implementing innovative pedagogical approaches.
Extensive knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and educational technology integration.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing complex projects and budgets.
A strong record of scholarship and contribution to the field of education is highly desirable.
