As Manager e Commerce Campaign LA&C;, you will lead digital marketing and e Commerce campaign execution across LA&C;, connecting Paid Media, Social Media and SEO with brand and commercial objectives.
Your Day to Day
Lead Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Lead digital marketing strategies across Paid Media, Social Media and SEO.
Support markets with localized channel strategies, plans and execution.
Drive awareness, engagement, remarketing and qualified traffic across the consumer journey. Drive Content & Channel Operations Support content creation, transcreation, translation, publishing and amplification for launches, promotions and campaigns.
Oversee Web, SEO, Social and CRM operations, including agency partnerships and governance. Deliver Performance & Optimization Set operational plans and KPIs, aligning quarterly goals with business strategy.
Lead delivery reviews, remove blockers and standardize ways of working across markets.




Drive performance reporting and turn data into actionable insights.
Leverage Ad Tech, Mar Tech, data integration and automation to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Develop People & Capabilities
Lead and develop a team of specialists or supervisors through regular feedback and development opportunities.
Who We're Looking For
Experience & Capabilities Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e Commerce, digital channels or related areas.
Advanced experience leading digital marketing channel execution.
Experience connecting channel plans and KPIs with business strategy.
Experience with integrated planning, test design, dashboards and performance reviews.
Strong ability to use data to solve problems and recommend actions.
Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions with agencies, external partners and cross-functional teams. Why Join PMI?
