About the Role
Our client, a growing transportation and logistics company, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Coordinador de Flota y Logística to oversee operations in the Acapulco, Guerrero area. This pivotal role involves managing a fleet of vehicles, optimizing delivery routes, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and maintaining effective communication between drivers, clients, and management. The adecuado candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of logistics software, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. We are looking for a leader who can motivate a team and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor driver performance and adherence to schedules and company policies.
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with safety regulations.
Utilize logistics software to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
Liaise with clients to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.
Manage and train dispatch staff and drivers.




Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with all local and national transportation laws and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in fleet management and logistics coordination.
Proven experience with logistics software and route optimization tools.
Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Residency in or near Acapulco, Guerrero , and ability to work a hybrid schedule. Benefits
