About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company located in the industrial heart of Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico , is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ingeniero de Producción Líder. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are met and exceeded. The adecuado candidate will bring a strong understanding of production management, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production department. This position is based at our facility in Tlalnepantla and requires full-time, on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and output goals.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
Develop and execute action plans for process improvements, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture on the production floor.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering,



and supply chain departments to optimize resource utilization and material flow.
Manage production budgets and control operational costs effectively.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and team achievements for senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in production management or manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of leadership.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management systems.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application in a production setting.
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes of problems, and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in ERP systems and production scheduling software.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
