Job DescriptionInsight General is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to support a large enterprise client's Strategy & Transformation organization and its Document Management Program.
This individual will be responsible for coordinating deliverables across multiple workstreams, developing and maintaining project timelines, tracking milestones, and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers.
They will facilitate Agile ceremonies and partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure priorities and deliverables remain aligned.
This individual will leverage their supply chain domain experience to effectively work across business and technology teams in support of the broader program.
They will also maintain program documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications while bringing structure and accountability to a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.Skills and Requirements5-8 years of project/program management experience supporting technology or digital transformation programsSupply chain domain experience required, with experience supporting technology programs, transformation initiatives, or business processes within a supply chain environmentStrong Agile methodology experience, including independently facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog groomingAdvanced experience building and managing project timelines from scratch, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks,



and deliverables across multiple workstreamsStrong cross-functional stakeholder management experience working across technical and business teams in a large, matrixed enterprise environmentHands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalentBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldPMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar project management/Agile certificationExperience supporting enterprise document management or content management programsExperience with SharePoint, OpenText, or similar document management platformsExperience with Microsoft Teams, Confluence, or similar collaboration/documentation toolsExperience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiativesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
