Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

•5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes within the automotive industry.

•Experience supervising manufacturing engineering teams.

•Experience managing continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

•Experience with high-volume manual and automated assembly processes.

•Experience with production line launches and product transfers.

Technical Knowledge

•Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.

•APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.

•Line balancing, time studies, and motion studies.

•Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and robotics (preferred).

•Proficiency in Core Tools, including SPC and MSA.

•Advanced English proficiency.
