Working closely with Resource Managers, delivery teams, Procurement, and external vendors, you will help coordinate consultant and contractor assignments, maintain resource data, and support workforce-related processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with the administration of resource management processes.
Maintain resource planning data and consultant availability information.
Help identify suitable consultants based on skills, availability, and project needs.
Support contractor hiring, onboarding, extensions, and renewals.
Prepare simple staffing reports and management updates.

Comfortable working with data, Excel, and business systems.
