Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesManage vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and reconciliation.Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance (including OFAC checks).
Maintain updated records of vendor accounts and support annual reporting.Accounts Receivable Investor InvoicingPrepare and issue investor invoices (trip-based and recurring).
Track incoming payments, apply receipts, and reconcile balances.Monitor reimbursable expenses and ensure accurate categorization.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.Financial Reporting & Audit SupportAssist in the preparation of monthly financial reports for internal use.Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.Other special projects as requested.Compliance & Process ImprovementEnsure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (LATAM) or 5+ years (SA/ PH).
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work full U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).
