Balsam Brands seeks an experienced Tech Lead to design and develop scalable data warehousing solutions. You will act as the pod's technical authority, hands-on with Snowflake, dbt, and Python, and guide delivery across the data domain while collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders.
The role is fully remote with attendance at occasional in-person events in Mexico; overlap with PST hours may be required.
