You oversee the overall quality and consistency of the culinary experience, ensuring the highest standards of service, food preparation, storage, cleanliness, and organization throughout the kitchen.




You are responsible for managing and optimizing kitchen costs while maintaining the quality and generosity that define Mama.
You are highly organized and know how to stay in control, even during the busiest moments.

You are a true driving force within the operation, and your General Manager can count on you to motivate, engage, and bring the team together.
