The role will focus on promoting Beauty & Personal Care ingredients cross-functionally across Mexico. Initiate, develop and close new opportunities primarily working with customer R&D; and business development teams. Stay ahead of product trends and industry development and actively grow the territory. Work closely with the sales team to establish new businesses and support existing ones. Support customers during scale-up and technical transfer of projects. Provide technical training on product lines both internally and externally. Connect with other internal business units to support lead-generation programs that drive sales. Participate, network, and contribute to industry exhibition events and supplier training. Bachelor's degree (Chemical or Biochemical preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or commercial position with a technical focus in the Beauty & Personal Care industry. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or chemical industry sales is preferred. Be a visionary and bring creativity and innovation to the team,
