Wabtec Corporation in Mexico is launching the LEAD Operations rotational development program for early career professionals. The 2-year program features four 6-month rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS, with leadership training and exposure to senior leaders.
Participants will gain hands-on experience, relocation support, and potential placement in a role launching their Wabtec career while contributing to Lean, Six Sigma, sourcing and logistics initiatives.
