As we scale the team and launch new service lines, the people we bring in shape the company we become, and you'll be the person responsible for finding them, qualifying them, and closing them. You'll source proactively, build qualified pipelines from scratch, run screens, partner with hiring managers as an equal, and close the candidates we want.

You'll report to our CEO and work directly with hiring managers across Strategy, Editorial, Digital PR,



and Operations.

Build a network of passive candidates and develop a sourcing strategy for each role rather than waiting for inbound.
Own our Ashby instance and recruiting data. Track weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, and maintain dashboards that give real-time visibility into pipeline health and hiring performance.
Surface insights from the data and flag at-risk searches early, serving as the go-to resource for recruiting reporting.
You have senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-paced marketing or creative agency with many reqs.
You've actually administered Ashby (or a similar ATS like Greenhouse or Lever), not just clicked through it.
You write and speak English fluently, enough to run closing conversations with senior candidates.
