We provide professional advice and support to organizations for whom human capital is essential in their HR transformation process. Having a footprint in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, we are able to offer global support in the development and execution of our customer's HR strategy.

The LATAM HR Manager is the HR point of reference for the Latin America region. The role supports the Group's development by coordinating local HR teams, aligning the HR strategy with local Partners, and leading transformation projects, particularly the integration of acquired companies.

The role ensures consistent HR practices across the region while taking into account the legal, social and cultural specificities of each country.

Regional HR leadership
Coordinate the local HR teams across the LATAM region.
Ensure the implementation of Group HR policies and processes.
Monitor the region's key HR indicators.





Identify and escalation HR risks to the Group CHRO.

Support for Partners and Local Management Teams
Advise Partners and local management teams on strategic HR matters.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the regional HR strategy.
Support managers with business growth, organisational and talent management challenges.
Lead HR integration projects in connection with acquisitions.
Conduct pre- and post-acquisition HR assessments.
Harmonise HR processes, policies and tools.

Support organisational changes arising from mergers and integrations.

HR project management and monitoring
Coordinate regional HR initiatives with local teams and Group functions.
Lead projects relating to workforce planning, performance, compensation, internal mobility and employee engagement.
Ensure the deployment of Group HR tools and processes.
Ensure the quality and reliability of HR data.
Coordinate legal and employee relations matters with local stakeholders and external advisers.
Ensure that HR practices comply with Group requirements.
At least 10 years of experience in generalist HR or HR Business Partner roles.
Proven experience in company integrations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), and change management.
Experience coordinating multi-country HR teams.
Excellent command of strategic and operational HR matters.
Strong ability to influence and work with senior leaders and Partners.
Strong international project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
Fluent / professional English is required.
Portuguese would be an advantage.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and unite remote teams.
