As the Learning & Development Manager at Molex Guadalajara 1 Plant, you will be a key strategic partner, driving capability development and accelerating operational readiness. You will have the opportunity to transform how employees learn, lead, and create value by embedding a culture of continuous improvement and principle-based leadership into every aspect of organizational development.

You will join the Human Resources team, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, OPEX, and Safety. Integrate principles of leadership, learning, and continuous improvement into training systems and coaching on the shop floor.
Develop structured training solutions (classroom, Dojo, OJT, mentoring, certifications) to accelerate operational competency.
Measure the impact of learning programs on productivity, quality, safety, and workforce readiness.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, manufacturing training, or operational capability development.




Experience implementing structured training systems and learning solutions in manufacturing environments.
Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
Experience in cable, optics, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries.
Experience with Training Within Industry (TWI), Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or continuous improvement.
