In this position, you will work directly with startup founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, source high‐quality candidates, and guide the hiring process end‐to‐end.
Your work will help companies secure top talent faster while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.
By aligning client expectations with recruiting execution, you will help improve placement success, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the overall performance of the talent acquisition function.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high‐quality recruiting experience.
Source and identify qualified candidates across multiple sourcing channels and professional networks.




Submit qualified candidates to clients with structured candidate summaries.
Track recruiting metrics across active searches to monitor performance.
Maintain accurate documentation within the company's ATS and CRM systems.
Background in outsourcing, offshoring, or global staffing environments.
~ Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
~ Comfortable working in fast‐paced, remote environments.

~ Experience working with CRM or ATS platforms.
