Coordinate and supervise the buying team and ensure that the deliveries of the plans developed comply with the designed strategies.

- 1. Supervise the execution of assigned tasks by your staff through weekly review meetings to ensure that departmental objectives are met.

- 1. Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.

- 1. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of your job.

- 1. Oversee the receipt of raw materials by reviewing purchasing metrics to ensure the execution of the Production Plan.

- 1. Evaluate and improve the performance of your staff by promoting training and development to raise the overall level of the team

Job Requirements :

- EDUCATION- University degree in International Trade, International Business or Business Administration.
- ENGLISH LEVEL- Advanced English.

EXPERIENCE- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position.

COMPUTER SKILLS- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
- OTHER SKILLS- CPIM Certification in APICS (Desired).

Monitor timely payments to suppliers through weekly meetings with the finance department to prevent delays in the arrival of raw materials.
- 1. Attend and organize weekly meetings to review and present metrics with buyers, purchasing management, planning, and the Materials Director.
