Bilingual Appointment Setter Patient Coordinator Remote

Lumina Aesthetics Med Spa, a U.S.based medical aesthetics practice in New Jersey, is hiring a reliable, salesoriented Bilingual English Spanish Appointment Setter Patient Coordinator for a longterm, 100 remote position.
This is not a basic administrative dataentry position. You will communicate closely with prospective and existing patients by phone and text, answer questions, follow up with leads, and convert interested customers into appointments. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow up with leads by phone and text. Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries during your shift. Learn our treatments, services, pricing, and current promotions. Answer brief, routine questions using companyapproved information. Know when a question requires professional clinical judgment and recommend a consultation with one of our providers instead of giving medical advice. Use strong sales and communication skills to handle common questions objections and convert interested leads into appointments. Manage appointments and patient information accurately in Vagaro. Maintain lead tracking, reports, and records using Google Sheets and Google Docs. Follow company scripts, procedures, and leadmanagement guidelines.
Schedule Attendance MondaySaturday 7 hours day 42 hours week Sunday off
You must be available for the assigned schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time New Jersey.
Consistent attendance is essential. Frequent absences,

You must have A reliable, properly functioning computer Stable highspeed internet Reliable headset microphone and quiet workspace Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs Ability to use multiple webbased systems efficiently Ability to remain connected to our designated Zoom work session with your work screen shared during scheduled working hours as required If you are unable or unwilling to share your work computer screen during your scheduled shift, please do not apply. Rate advancement also considers attendance, punctuality, communication, work quality, proper followup, Vagaro CRM accuracy, compliance with procedures,



and available lead volume. Qualifications Strong spoken and written English and Spanish Excellent phone communication and customerservice skills Strong sales ability and confidence making outbound calls Reliable attendance and punctuality Good computer and organizational skills Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Docs Able to learn treatment service information and explain it accurately Coachable, dependable, and motivated by performance Previous appointmentsetting, sales, callcenter, or customerservice experience preferred Experience with U.S. customers, healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty wellness, or Vagaro is a plus Important
This is a 100 remote position with no facetoface patient interaction. However, you will communicate closely with patients throughout the day by phone and text, so prompt responses, professional communication, consistent followup, and strong sales skills are essential.
