Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the company's long-term financial strategy and strategic planning process.
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.
Evaluate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights to senior management.




Ensure alignment between financial plans and overall business objectives.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Communicate financial strategies and performance to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis processes.
Requirements MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), corporate finance, strategic planning, or investment banking.
Proven experience in developing and executing corporate financial strategies.
Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and performance metrics.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with financial planning software and data analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and lead dispersed teams.
Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
