Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily operations of the hotel's front desk.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out process.
Train, schedule, and manage front desk staff.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage room inventory and reservations.
Oversee telephone and email communications.
Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures.
Assist with billing and accounting tasks as needed.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.




Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk operations or hotel reception, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Experience in the boutique hotel sector is highly preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (PMS).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Knowledge of local attractions and services in Cuernavaca .
High school diploma required; further education in hospitality is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish; basic English proficiency is beneficial.
