About the Role
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within their growing operations. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects simultaneously.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Communicate project status, updates, and critical information to stakeholders at all levels.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.





Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management.

Proven experience managing projects within the Mexico market, specifically in or around Morelia, Michoacán .

Strong understanding of project management methodologies ( e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid ).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software ( e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira ).

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effective
