As our Sales Manager - Utility, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Mexican utility-scale solar market, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, developers, EPCs, and strategic partners.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen our position in the utility-scale solar segment.

Manage key accounts, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical, Logistics, Marketing, and Business Development,



to deliver outstanding customer solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and drive strategic account planning.

Job Requirements

Proven sales experience in the photovoltaic (PV) or renewable energy industry, preferably within the utility-scale segment.

Strong knowledge of the Mexican solar energy market and its key players.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing strategic accounts.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and develop business opportunities.

Professional proficiency in English.

Work Model: Remote, with frequent business travel
